HACCP (NOM-251-SSA1-2009)
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), is a system in which food safety is addressed through the identification, analysis and control of physical, chemical and biological hazards, ranging from raw materials and the stages of the manufacturing process.
ISO 22716:2007 Good Cosmetic Manufacturing Practices
The ISO 22716 certification ensures that Bioextracto applies the Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines to control the hazards and risks associated with cosmetic products. This ensures continuous improvement throughout the supply chain, ensuring consumer welfare.
Good Manufacturing Practice, based on NOM-251-SSA1-2009
The evaluation of compliance in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is based on the Official Mexican Standard NOM-251-SSA1-2009 that establishes the minimum requirements of good hygiene practices that must remain in the process of preparing food, beverages or supplements. foodstuffs and their raw materials, in order to prevent them from being contaminated throughout the process
Facilities and equipment
Our products have been developed through standardized methods of extraction and concentration using state-of-the-art equipment.
Our team of natural product chemists working in Bioextracto's® R&D laboratory have established the optimal methodologies and standards strictly enforced by our production department. Primary active constituents are analyzed in this laboratory in collaboration with leading universities an industry in the country.
Our production facility is located in the city of Queretaro in the heart of Mexico, and the company's headquarters are located in Mexico City, where is also located our Research & Development group.
Bioextracto® has provided its production facilities and its R&D/Quality Control laboratory, with modern equipment and the latest technology combined with an integrated workflow system to ensure high productivity, greater efficiency and flexibility.
